Simon is an experienced real estate asset manager with responsibility for driving asset performance and identifying opportunities to maximise value across Seneca’s commercial property portfolio. With more than 25 years’ experience, Simon has successfully managed, transformed and enhanced assets across the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.
A key highlight of Simon’s career was spending 10 years with a UK-listed German commercial real estate fund, helping grow the business from inception to raising €250 million and achieving an AIM listing. During this period, he played a significant role in investing more than €1.2 billion across retail, office and industrial assets throughout Europe.
More recently, Simon worked with 360 Business Parks, completing multiple opportunistic acquisitions and growing the portfolio’s rental income from zero to more than €5 million in under five years, successfully delivering growth throughout the Covid period.
Simon has extensive experience working across office, industrial and retail assets, combining strategic asset management with a commercial approach to investment. His ability to identify opportunities and deliver long-term value has been a consistent feature throughout his career.
