Chris co-founded Seneca Property during 2017, and has played a prominent role in £200m+ of transactions since this point in his role as Managing Director.
During this period, Chris also established Seneca’s flexible workspace provider, Seneca Flex, and has overseen exceptional growth in this business as Seneca Flex position itself at the forefront of changing workspace requirements in the UK.
Chris comes from a private equity background having joined Seneca from Henley Investments, a real estate focused private equity firm who tripled in size to £800m AUM during the period Chris served as manager of the Transactions Team.
Chris spent the first six years of his career at PwC, where he worked in the Deals team on a range of corporate transactions in PwC’s Leeds and London offices, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010.
