Our story

Seneca Property is an independent real estate investor which seeks to provide exceptional income and growth investment opportunities for investors. We invest right across a range of sectors including office, retail, leisure, industrial, residential and healthcare with a typical deal size of c.£2m-20m.

Seneca Property was formed by a senior group of professionals comprising surveyors, accountants, bankers, stockbrokers and fund management specialists which leaves us exceptionally well placed to source, fund and structure investments to maximise investor returns.

Foreword

Indeed, it is the combination of this blue-chip experience with the agility, focus and dynamism of our owner-managed approach that gives us our USP and makes us uniquely effective within a highly competitive marketplace.

Having been investing in UK real estate since 1981 it is fair to say that I have seen the industry change significantly during this period as advancing technology, changes in user demand and unfolding economic cycles have all had an impact. Whilst, each era has its own unique characteristics, the fundamental qualities of sound real estate investment have remained constant, and it is upon these disciplines that Seneca Property has been underpinned.

I am delighted that we have been able to bring together a fantastic team with vast experience from some of the world’s leading surveying and financing firms which we have been able to harness within our own private property business.

We are passionate about UK real estate and are highly ambitious to grow our investment activity further in the coming years, however our fundamental principles will never change. Treating investor capital in exactly the same way as our own and treasuring the trust that our partners place in us to ensure we invest and manage in a wise and responsible way; whether it is running a £3bn fund or managing a £3m asset, it’s been at the heart of how I’ve conducted my career for 40 years and as we continue our exciting journey this ethos will remain.
