In 2017, Seneca identified the flexible business space sector as a strategic area in which we wished to target investment. The sector was experiencing increasing demand fuelled by:

Growth in small firms
Growth in key sectors
Changing business practices and behaviours

These factors have only been enhanced through the Covid-19 pandemic which has further accelerated these trends, as co-location, hybrid working etc, became widespread established practice.

We have targeted the flex business space sector to rapidly expand our portfolio of managed centres. We now own and manage numerous services business centres with a combined valuation in excess of £50m.

Our Biz Hub centres are located in strategic locations, generally in the North of England, and close to areas of significant SME activity.

We focus on accessibility, quality, parking, service and affordability.

We own each asset, there are no third party Landlords and thus we have absolute control over our buildings and the product and service we offer our customers.
